gloom gloom hanged-man veil
painful dance of malicious-phantasma-in-cranium
a drop of ink into the neural pool
inevitably taking over the clear fluid of consciousness
looming, aggressive, anima flood.

to cut the squirming malevolent tendon
is to cut away a face of the self

the intimidation and loss-of-self
from the scraping idea of function

compelled to surrender to the nightmares
an alluring sweetness of sadistic venom
the red thread of emotion that's tied to your finger
which leads you down the spiral staircase
when you realize the shackles circling your body
it is too late
